Vision and values

My work is grounded in care, exploration, and about meeting you where you are. You can read more about the vision and values behind my practice below.

Vision

I’m passionate about creating a warm, curious space where sexuality, intimacy, and embodiment can be explored openly, safely, and without shame. Accessibility is core to my work and my life; I believe everyone deserves the chance to have access to these conversations and support.

My vision stretches beyond the therapy room. I want to help reshape a culture where people can reconnect with themselves and each other in honest, human ways. This shows up in playful, hands-on workshops, heartful conversations, and collaborative projects that invite curiosity, consent, and joy.

For me, it’s about creating spaces and moments where people feel seen, respected, and free to explore who they are. Whether in therapy, community, or everyday life, intimacy can feel less scary, more human, and, when we allow it, wonderfully playful.

My Values

  • Everyone deserves a space where they don't have to shrink or reshape themselves to be understood. I hold space for every identity, every story, and every body. Your questions, fears, desires, and the parts of you still unfolding are all welcome.

  • I see questions as invitations and openings that move us toward healing and clarity. You don't need to have everything figured out. We move at the pace of curiosity, by allowing exploration to feel spacious rather than overwhelming.

  • Agency begins in the body, even when being in your body feels unfamiliar or hard. Sensations, desires, and boundaries all carry important information. I support you in rebuilding trust in your body's signals and making choices that come from within, at a pace that respects your history and capacity.

  • Exploration doesn't have to be heavy. Sexuality also holds room for curiosity, delight, and growth. I invite approaches that feel creative, gentle, and pressure-free. Here nothing is too weird, too sensitive, or too complicated to be met with care.
