Your sexuality gets to belong fully to you.
Sex therapy with me offers a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s real for you.
No concern is too small, too complex, or too taboo to bring into my room.
Who is this for?
This space is for anyone ready for a shift. You might be:
Questioning old patterns or beliefs
Unlearning shame
Longing for more ways to discover pleasure
Exploring non-monogamy or polyamory
Navigating desire differences in a relationship
Wanting to feel at home in your body again
Maybe you’re simply curious about who you are and what you want.
There’s no right or wrong reason to come to therapy. Whatever is present for you is welcome here.
This is an LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-aware, and sex worker–inclusive space.
What sex therapy is (and isn’t)
Sex therapy is guided, talk-based support. It’s practical and solution-focused, and can include education, exercises, and take-home activities. Sex therapy is typically short-term, often working within five to fifteen sessions, though nothing’s set in stone.
Sex therapy isn’t about instant transformation. It’s not about labeling or correcting who you are either. It’s thoughtful, guided work that unfolds at your pace. Please keep in mind, that this practice doesn’t involve physical touch.
