  • Sex therapy is a solution-focused, short-term form of therapy, often landing between 5–15 sessions. Some people find a few sessions are enough, while others choose to continue for longer support. We will check in regularly together to make sure the pace and length of our work feel beneficial and aligned with your needs.

    There is also nothing wrong with taking a break if your lifestyle doesn’t currently allow for ongoing sessions.

  • Sessions are primarily conversational, and may at times include reflective exercises or body-awareness practices that support deeper insight and integration.

    I tend to work in a very visual way, using metaphors, imagery, and analogies to help make complex experiences easier to understand and relate to. Humour is also welcome where it naturally arises; meaningful work and lightness can coexist. All practices are verbally guided and do not involve physical touch.

  • Therapy works best when there is a genuine sense of safety and connection. I’m here to meet you with care, curiosity, and full presence, and to support the process in a way that feels meaningful for you.

    At the same time, our work is collaborative. This means your engagement and honesty are an important part of the process. I always welcome feedback so we can shape the work in a way that truly supports you.

  • Not at all. It can be helpful to come with a hunch about what you’d like to explore, but you don’t need to have it all figured out.

    We’ll begin by getting to know your story and what feels important right now. Along the way, we’ll have regular check-ins together to make sure our work is moving in a direction that feels supportive and useful for you.

  • All sessions take place online via Doxy.me, a secure video platform designed for healthcare professionals. After booking, you’ll receive your session link in the confirmation email.

    Sessions can be booked through the calendar on my website. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you’re always welcome to reach out. Sessions are available in English, Swedish, and Finnish.

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal or bank transfer. Visit my pricing-page for more details and other payment plans.

    Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time are charged in full.
